Description
The VAE-660 Six-phase protective relay tester is a comprehensive device designed to test a variety of protection schemes in power systems. It covers major protection testing projects such as underfrequency protection (27), overcurrent protection (59), undervoltage protection (67), overfrequency protection (81), differential protection (87), time overcurrent protection (51), boundary protection (50), distance protection (21), rate of change of frequency protection (86), and directional power protection (32), among others. This tester ensures the accurate measurement and analysis of the performance of tested power systems, confirming that relays operate within specified parameters and contribute to the continuous and stable operation of the power grid.

The VAE-660 is all-in-one relay tester, which outputs 6-phase current(6×30A) & 6-phase voltage(6×120V) for testing conventional protection relays. The embedded industrial PC with 8” LCD screen, keyboard and trackball mouse are adopted to make VAE-660 run without a PC. It is also available to connect VAE-660 to PC for completing various tests. The new high-fidelity linear amplifier is used for VAE-660 to avoid high and medium frequency interference on the test site, and ensure smooth and accurate waveform from large current to small current.
